Card Products
King Card Rewards
It is Gas King’s own free loyalty program. Cardholders earn points on most everything we sell and then redeem points just like cash on anything we sell.
Simply provide us with complete and accurate information and enjoy being rewarded for your patronage.
You can use King Card Rewards to purchase anything we sell by simply:
- Presenting your King Card to the cashier advising how many points you wish to use.
- Inserting your King Card into pay at pump at the fuel dispenser.
- Swiping your King Card at the pay station in the car wash bay.
Please pick up a new card at any Gas King location. Call Rewards Central at 1 800 590 3410 and ask them to transfer points from your old King Card to your new King Card. You will need to provide them with both card numbers and a PIN number for security reasons.
Mostly, except for cigarettes and tobacco products and a few other purchases. Please refer to the Card Products / King Card Rewards / Restrictions section of this web site near the bottom of the page.
There is no cost to join the King Card Rewards program and the cards are absolutely free.
As soon as you have your free King Card you can start earning points, however, your card must be registered to redeem points. To register your card please visit https://kickbackpoints.com/enroll/
The main reason is so that you are able to spend your points just like cash but also so you can win points and other prizes. You can earn points as long as you want with an unregistered card, but it needs to be registered so you are able to spend your points.
Registering your King Card can be done in one of the following ways: Visiting the Registration section of this web site, completing a self addressed King Card Rewards Registration Form available at any Gas King location, and mail it or return it to any Gas King location or by calling Rewards Central at 1 800 590 3410.
To redeem your points, simply present your King Card when paying for merchandise and advise the cashier that you would like to redeem some or all of your points. You can use your points to purchase any product or service Gas King sells.
Yes, you can earn and spend your points by swiping your King Card at the pay station located in each car wash bay or by presenting your King Card to the cashier in the store and advising that you would like to purchase a car wash.
You can spend any amount. There is no minimum or maximum amount of points that you can spend at any one time.
King Card Rewards do not expire. However, we reserve the right to suspend your card without notice due to inactivity for 12 consecutive months. Should this occur and you wish to have your card reinstated, please contact us and we will happily bring your account back to the original points status prior to suspension.
Yes. In fact, we can link your Gas King charge card to your King Card so that you only need to present your Gas King charge card to earn points and charge your fuel. To do this please contact our credit department at: [javascript protected email address], 403-320-2142 or 1-866-427-5464.
To check your points balance on your card please visit http://kickbackpoints.com/balance/, ask a cashier at any Gas King location or call Rewards Central at 1 800 590 3410.
Yes, but your card must be registered to use your telephone number. To redeem points, your King Card must be presented. If the card doesn’t swipe, you simply transfer your points to a new King Card by Calling Rewards Central at 1 800 590 3410.
As soon as you know your King Card is lost or stolen please call Rewards Central (1 800 590 3410) so that they can put a hold on your card. Then pick up a new card at any Gas King location, contact Rewards Central once again and ask them to transfer the points from your old card to your new card.
Pick up a new replacement King Card at any Gas King location, call Rewards Central (1 800 590 3410) and ask them to transfer your points from your old card to your new card. Then cut up the old card.

The King Card can only be used at Gas King.
Charge Card
Yes, we offer charge accounts and we have built our business on offering accounts from the day we started!
Yes, we offer personal charge accounts.
Our charge account system is managed simply by issuing Gas King charge cards to account holders. Once your credit application is approved we mail you the number of cards you requested. Once you receive your Gas King charge cards you can start using them immediately to make purchases at Gas King. Each time you make a purchase three invoices will print - two for you to sign, which we keep, and one for you to take.
Yes, all Gas King locations accept the Gas King charge card.
Visit any Gas King location and pick up a Charge Card Application or print an application by visiting the Card Products section of this website. Complete the application and mail it to our Head Office or leave it at one of our locations for forwarding to our credit department. Once approved we will contact you.
Yes, you will receive a volume discount on your fuel depending on your monthly fuel purchases. Please contact our credit department for details. (Please see the Contact Us section of this website.)
It usually takes about five business days from the day your application is received by our credit department.
No, you will get one statement for each account. You can have many Gas King charge cards totalling to one account.
You may pay your Gas King charge account at any Gas King location, by mail or in person at our Head Office or with internet/telephone banking.

Yes, you can use the Gas King charge card for purchases at pay at the pump.
Yes we can offer many restrictions on your Gas King charge cards. We can customize each charge card to restrict what will be charged to your account. We can also restrict what days of the week and times of day cards can be used.
Yes, provided there are no restrictions on your charge card.
Yes, when your charge card is swiped it will prompt the cashier to ask the cardholder for certain information at the time of the purchase (PO number, odometer reading, vehicle ID, etc.). This information will be printed on the invoice.

Yes, provided it meets our return policy guidelines.
This allows us to easily provide you with an extra copy of the invoice at a later date should you request one. (Of course, we keep the other signed copy for our records.)
Charge cards are free and there are no other fees associated with the Gas King charge account.
Clean Card
It is a prepaid car wash card that is much like a gift card, however, it is only accepted as a car wash payment. The Clean Card be a used in the self serve car wash pay station and the automatic car wash teller.
You simply swipe the card at the pay station located in each self serve car wash bay or at the automatic car wash teller located at the entrance to the automatic car wash. Once the card has been swiped please follow the directions on the screen.
They can be purchased at any Gas King location that offers a car wash and can also be used at any of these car washes to wash your vehicle.
Yes they can be accepted in the self serve car wash pay stations and the automatic car wash tellers.
The can be purchased for any value you want (min $10.00).
Yes there are great savings! Purchase a Clean Card and receive the following extra value added to your card:
- $100.00 or more: 12% extra value
- $50.00 - $99.99: 10% extra value
- $25.00 - $49.99: 8% extra value
- $10.00 (min) - $24.99: No extra value
You certainly can purchase a large quantity of Clean Cards. If you would like to speed up the purchase of these cards you may contact our Head Office (please see the Contact Us section of this website) and you may qualify for a volume discount.
As long as there is a minimum of $1.00 on the card it can be used as often as you like. Once you run out of funds you may re-load the card at any time for any denomination (min $10.00) by simply taking it to the cash desk at any Gas King location with a car wash. If you no longer need the Clean Card you may dispose of it.
No, Clean Cards never expire and there are no fees either.

Gift Card
Yes, we sell gift cards. They make great gifts!
Simply visit any Gas King location, select an appropriate design from the display, take it to the cashier and ask them to load it with the amount desired. Present the Gas King gift card to a cashier at any Gas King location to purchase anything we sell, even car washes (you must go in store to purchase car washes with your gift card).
They can be purchased and redeemed at any Gas King location.
By visiting the Card Products section of this website and entering your gift card number. Other ways to determine your gift card balance are by calling our Head Office (please see the Contact Us section of this website) or by visiting any Gas King location. The balance is also on the receipt.
There are no fees associated with the Gas King gift card.
Any denomination that you want between $10.00 and $1,000.00. You may order Gas King gift cards for greater than $1,000.00 by calling our Head Office (please see the Contact Us section of this website).
